Not to be rude or anything, but this is the third time you're asking a vague, unspecific question on this list, if you're looking for a quality answer, instead try asking your question like:
"I'm looking to integrate som bulk sms and email functionality into my Merb app, I've looked at provider X and Y and seen these advantages/disadvantages, do you guys have any experience integrating these, are there any others I've missed?" Ask this question *after* you've done an extensive search on GitHub/Google/Rubyforge. Basically anything to show us that you've put any kind of effort into answering the question yourself.
