There isn't much needed to have an adapter ported to activeorm, however
Yehuda just told me yesterday that he's planning to remove the registry
process and slightly change the API to simplify things. I'll let him comment
on that.

Regarding 1.9 action-args still isn't fully 1.9 compatible, but everything
else is or should be.
