Out of the few background processors out there I liked what is going on with DJ and since my Merb 1.0.11 app runs on Passenger, run_later does not work that great plus it is not good for what I need to do with my background processes.
Would any know of a good way to use DJ with Merb? I have the Collectiveidea's Delayed_job gem installed on my machine but the toe dipping that I did was not working. So I guess what I am asking is if any of you know of a good write-up or alternative gem that will work with Merb? - Ian ps - I am looking at nanite too but that involves a lot more time which I do not have (not to mention the lack of documentation). ---------------------- Ian Sheridan http://iansheridan.dyndns.org ---------------------- --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "merb" group.
