Did you try:
match('/wiki/(:page)', :page => /.*/).to(....)

And in controller:

params[:page] = .....

This matches URLs like:
/wiki/foo       params[:page] == 'foo'
/wiki/foo/bar   params[:page] == 'foo/bar'
