Anyone still deploying their merb apps with fcgi? These days, it seems
the generated fcgi files are just in there to mess people up when they
deploy via passenger and it fails because they forgot to remove those
files.

I made a couple patches (http://github.com/merbjedi/merb) that adds
built-in support to passenger for newly generated apps and deletes the
default .htaccess and .fcgi that were being generated by default.

If anyone objects, let me know.
