Ok, here's more info...
Am seeing "Removed constant XX from Object".
The app does not terminate. It keeps running but after this message,
any page that uses the removed Model or Controller will cause an
error. On a few occasions the cpu has maxed-out until I press CTRL+C

Here's the output. I've added **comments** to indicate where I have
done something.

merb : worker (port 4000) ~ Executed all before worker shutdown
