Well there's no "chief maintainer" atm. Pavel, Jacques, Jonathan and I are currently most interested and have the passwords for the account. That said, I'm almost certain none of us has anything to do with that :) I like to think that it's some kind of github problem. It's really weird, when I log into the merb account and want to *access* one of the repos (like, click the link in the right sidebar) then it wants to FORK !!! the repo ... No idea what's the problem here ...
