Indeed. They talk about LSV legislation, but don't define what LSV is. A
Google search yielded the definition, Low Speed Vehicle, one that will do
more than 20 mph but less than 25 mph on a level surface. They are
permitted to drive in areas posted 35 mph or less (a problem for me since
the one road to town is 40 mph).
