So is talking on a cell phone (whether driving solo or not)! You could of course pull over and position the windows to your liking! Most people did manually roll windows up and down until the mid 70s with few catastrophes. Manually positioning windows has not yet been characterized as dangerous (except by Andrew) or been outlawed.
