because the folks running the testing facility are morons when it comes to diesel. Run some BioD for a tank or two to reduce emissions, and toss some purge or stuff in as well.

Then, when you get it tested, make sure they calibrate the computer and probe. Sometimes they get 90% followed by 2% when you go back through five minutes later

You should probably tell the list where you are planning on moving so that
