Check out gmbuypower.com The Metro was a Suzi Swift, the Aveo is a Daewoo Kronos. (or is that Cronos?) Good crash protection, fairly quiet, MPG in the low 40's is possible. The 5dr is the smaller version, like a 4dr with the trunk cut off. Weight isn't much different, but the 5dr might have better aerodynamics. The base model is $9266 at "employee discount", less $500 rebate = 8766 The LS has air conditioning and is 10,4xx after rebate. If you don't need A/C, less than $7k with your card savings isn't bad.
