If only I could weld... Yes, I think I have tried all of the thrift stores around. When I bought the house the glass was missing in the microwave and after looking for a few months I found one [and bought the unit and gave it to the sales clerk], but had to grind off much of the bottom tabs as they were the long ones rather than the short ones. I make regular rounds with a tape measure, but no luck yet. I thought that was a fairly common unit, but the only ones I have seen in thrift stores have been $60+ also. BillR
