That domain name is registered with Network Solutions using the "Private Registration" option which shields the owner from releasing their contact information. I know of no legit Banking or Credit Card companies who do that. Do you have any indication that that site is not a front to obtain financial information for nefarious purposes? Their dns chain leads to Greg Hart, 14897 Seven Oaks Lane, Draper, UT , 84020, US, +1.8015711075, [EMAIL PROTECTED] . I find it hard to believe that Discover Card Services would use some guy in Utah to run their DNS Servers.
