A 96 750i would be a V12, basically two 6's, as far as the engine electronics and fuel injection are concerned.? Look up the prices of simple stuff like spark plug wires.? Still, I always said every car enthusiast should drive a V12 in their lifetime.? AT $4k, you don't stand to loose much--might even make money if you part it out!

Anyway, wondering why Bimmers loose their value so much faster than MBs? Are they more problem prone? That's hard to believe considering the problems the S Class' seem to come from the factory with. Anyway, here's a 96 750i - comparable to a S Class - for $4k negotiable. Sure it's 12 years old but it looks pretty nice - got a smooth V8 gasser, new stuff like tires and was recently inspected. The early V8s had engine problems with the factory quietly replacing engines with reblt ones - Oh well - don;t need another $4000 car anyway - Larry T (66 MGB, 74 911, 91 300D) www.youroil.net for Oil Analysis and Weber Parts Test Results http://members.rennlist.com/oil PORSCHE POSTERS! youroil.net 800-583-8601 Weber Carb Info http://members.rennlist.com/webercarbs _______________________________________ http://www.okiebenz.com For new parts see official list sponsor: http://www.buymbparts.com/ For used parts email [EMAIL PROTECTED] To Unsubscribe or change delivery options go to: http://okiebenz.com/mailman/listinfo/mercedes_okiebenz.com _______________________________________ http://www.okiebenz.com For new parts see official list sponsor: http://www.buymbparts.com/ For used parts email [EMAIL PROTECTED] To Unsubscribe or change delivery options go to: http://okiebenz.com/mailman/listinfo/mercedes_okiebenz.com
