Is there worse rust than you're showing there? That rust is exceedingly minor. I welded up the jack points on my 190D in about 3 hours each side and I'm really slow. I plated the jack point, figure another hour to incorporate it. I bet somebody who does more body work than me could do it right in about 2 1/2 hours.
