Look for rust. Don't know if it will affect you as much since you are a lot
further south but look anyway. A friend
had a really nice 2001 Park Avenue with the supercharger. He really liked it.
However, the bottoms of the doors
started to rust. He had it repaired by the dealer and within a short time, it
started to do so again. It was really
obvious as the car was the sort of pearl white color. He was disturbed enough
to trade the car as he was convinced
it was a problem that would not go away.

Subject: [MBZ] Its a two car race for my next car

Many of you all voted on the list of cars and decided on the 1993 Cadillac (if
Kaleb's Mercedes didn't work out). I
drove the Cadillac and it was VERY nice and in perfect shape EXCEPT the
compressor was making noise - now it wasn't
just the compressor cycling. It was something else.

I am still waiting for the money from my neighbor for my Buick (insurance
company is paying him because his car was
totaled). So, I haven't decided exactly what I am going to do, but a new
candidate has shown up. It is a 1995
Buick Park Avenue. It is the car lot owners "driver". He had all of his stuff
in it. He lives about 40 miles away
and he drives this car everyday. So, I asked him about it. Looks like a nice
car. I called my friends at the
dealership I used to work at and one of the techs had the same car said he
loved it. Everything works, nice car.

So, now I have to figure out if I want the Kaleb car 86 300E (so I can drive a
Mercedes and look like a lawyer with
a slightly worn Mercedes) or buy a very clean older Buick and look like a
grandpa. If it were based solely on fuel
efficiency, the Buick would win hands down.
