One thing he didn;t mention that I find *critical* when attemting to do the 
"Chicken Scratch" art such as I do -IMO it's mandatory to have a photo of 
the subject - or better yet, the real deal - to look at while drawing and 
painting.  At least when I draw/sketch/paint it's necessary -
