Those 3 AM feedings are a great reason to support breast feeding, as dad really can't do much more than offer to hold the 'bottle.' Wait a minute. I did all the diaper changes in the middle of the night and in the morning before taking the kid in to mom... Now that I think about it I got in such a habit of waking up and heading to the kids rooms before I was really awake that I had all the 'up at night' duty for many years. My darling wife had some hearing then and later admitted she would pretend to be asleep until I woke up and went in to see what the kids needed. You might want to think about that whole situation...
