Good news on the 134, I suspect I'm going to go with it in my 190D in the spring. Its not hot enough around here to worry about. I've driven the car 3 summers with no ac at all...
The blower switch on my car did the same thing a month ago. I took it apart and flipped the broken flipper over. I had to cut a notch in it but it works fine now... Fred gave me a replacement which I'll hold in reserve... -Curt Date: Sat, 27 Sep 2008 17:54:37 -0500 From: "Kaleb C. Spent a little time today cleaning the car up, and will try and get to buffing it tomorrow. The damn blower switch locked up on me so I took it apart to try and figure it out. I see it has 3 little rocker things on a shaft that has a tab, which prevents the rocker things from going too far. If they break, it goes too far and the switch gets stuck. Well thats what happened. I just put this switch it also, the other one that was in there did the same thing. Dang. Guess I might have to order a new one. -- Kaleb C.
