Bob, Just had my 05 CDI with 46K miles in the dealer for an oil change. Service writer noticed a small hairline crack in the wood surround by the gearshift and the rear door sill plate was slightly bent. All was replaced at no charge. Certainly think your malfunctioning sun visor would be covered.
