Made a few changes to the mail server today.  Attatchments sent to the 
list will now be archived and listed as a link at the bottom of your 
message rather than attatching to the message and downloading with it. 
That way, people who do not want to download the file do not have to, 
but if they want to, all you have to do is click on the link.  You 
should not need approval before your message is posted but if you send 
an unauthorized file type, it will be rejected.  Will see how this works 
out and if it works as its supposed to.  Should be easier on our dialup 
friends.
