Curt, the missing radio is a ruse to make you think AHA all it needs is a
radio and the seller is too stupid to install one!  Therefore, I can steal
this car for way less than it's worth.  NOT.  The missing radio is what I
call a "misdirection play" to divert your attention from asking the tough
questions that might actually reveal some inconvenient truths about the
vehicle.
