Wasser Pumpe or hoses in the area. It is a hillary with the york
compressor. I think you have to take the compressor loose and then
remove the bracket to get to all the hoses. the pump itself you
should be able to change from the front. Get a flashlight and a
mirror and look up under the water pump. if it is leaking you will
see a leak from the shaft, or from the weep hole in the casting.

So I look underneath the 300D as I'm backing out of the drive today and I
see a large puddle of coolant. When I get back I pop the hood and crawl
underneath and I can't tell where it'd coming from. The sun it too bright
and it too low in the sky yet. The leak evidently is somewhere under/behind
the AC compressor 'cause it's dripping off of the passenger front corner of
the oil pan flange. Any ideas?
Also, when I removed the radiator cap to check level (which is out of sight
low), there was a wicked vacuum in the radiator.which I thought was odd if
something is leaking out. I'm getting a little nervous/concerned.
