Mitch, Mike, The headgasket was replaced @ 175K, measurements showed no bent connecting rods or out of round cylinders, so there's no reason to invest in connecting rods.....OK? Car does go thru some oil, though, about 1-3 quarts between 3K oil changes.
The car is showing a few rust spots, which I have talked about in previous posts, so I won't repeat them here. Also, the paint has faded thru the clearcoat to the primer, hence, the need to repaint the entire vehicle. I fugure it would rust away before it dies, THATS why I'm investing in cosmetics.
