Big news of the day seems to be: "Passenger lands airplane!" Well, gosh, he's a qualified pilot and even the planes's owner - just not "qualified/checked out" in THAT airplane. I'm certainly not checked out in that airplane, either - 'never even been in it, but I bet I could land it (if I HAD to and) if somebody tells me certain basic info - stall speed, best flare speed, for example.
