Can someone tell me if I am supposed to be able to draw a vacuum through
the switch then the car is ON? I replaced mine this weekend and have had
intermittent problems starting my car since then. Seems to be starving
on fuel. Simply turning it off and on again and it will start right back
up. I noticed when testing my door locks this weekend that I was able to
draw an open ended vac through the switch regardless of whether it was
on or not.
