Subject: [MBZ] Wheels on crack?

Hi, all.
I think someone up there likes me. A few short weeks ago my car hit a
pallet in the road (left side). I had the car checked over and
aligned etc. all good. Since the last Chowdah Q the left rear tire
has had a slow leak that I could not track down. Well, today I found
it, a two inch crack from the inner rim edge towards the center,
causing only a slow leak. My imagination is quite vivid enough to
picture a wheel shattering at speed on the highway! Though I'm not
religious, it may be time to give thanks to the Big Guy or one of His angels.
