Have you seen the classics---Annie Hall, Manhattan, Broadway Danny Rose, Hannah and her Sisters, Crimes and Misdemeanors, Husbands and Wives? I'd call those his masterpieces, and the place to start for a good Woody Allen education. Then branch out into the others in whatever order you want (but save Deconstructing Harry until you've seen at least a dozen of his other movies since it's pretty much an intentional self-parody that is only funny if you know him well).
