In some parts of the country, people will pay extra to feel like they're
patronizing a Christian business. The whole "supporting your own" thing.
I used to live in a town where becoming a Mason was pretty much a
requirement if you wanted to run a business downtown. Same sort of
deal. People are more favorably disposed towards you if you're members
of the same cult.
