When I fill the '05 E320 (engage the handle, fill until it shuts off, no topping off) and drive home. the gas smell, after the car sits in the garage for about 20 minutes is awful. Almost makes me worry about having it in the garage with the gas hot H2O heater in there. After driving around a day, you can put the car in the garage with no smell
