The common practice is for someone to visit Europe and the OEM suppliers. They will sell you anything you want and nearly all come with the MB parts sticker on them. Put together a container sized order (or several and ship it here, mark the prices up to cover overhead & profit, advertise and you're in the MB parts business. The power of bulk pricing comes in and prices fall.

Naturally, there's risk involved...
