So, do you ever wonder if you should stop driving cars before they fall apart? You are lucky the Honda incident did not kill you and some poor guy in the oncoming lane.

Fun week, at two day intervals. Tuesday, the Saab blew its head gasket. Thursday, the Honda had a suspension link disengage from the subframe because the subframe had rusted out where the suspension link bolted up. Then Saturday, the battery in Dad's car fell apart. The Saab was at full throttle when it failed, the other two were just driving gently. It was lots of fun when the Honda decided to change lanes into oncoming traffic when I hit the brakes, almost as much fun as the cloud of Mobil One smoke the Saab made when all the oil intended for the valve train went into #1 cylinder instead.
