The good ones DO go quickly!  My own preferred indie bought one out from
under me - the NERVE.  I actually test drove the car right before him,
but had to get higher approval (i.e. submit my proposal to the finance
committee with business case analysis, you-know-who is the chair) before
I made an offer.  He drove, made offer, and closed the deal in less than
an hour.
