I checked a few years for an extra key from the stealer, they wanted $75
to order one. The "real" keys are laser cut from some place in Maryland
or someplace like that, I guess that is where our list purveyors get
them too, but not for stealer prices.

P.S. I bet the lube pit would cost less than $1000 extra when building
the garage. Cutting out existing concrete, excavating under a roof,
and either pouring walls or laying block walls would surely be more
than $1600, but ask a local contractor if you want to know for sure.
