Well Im not old I have seen the price go down. I do recall very clearly
here that the day of 911 the price went up to as high as 1.79(that was
VERY high then), maybe higher. Then it started going down and it
actually got down to as low as .79 a gallon here for a week or so. Then
slowly sort of stabilized at 1.09 or so.
