Actually, it means the computer cannot get the signal it wants from the 02 
sensor.  It may indeed be a bad sensor, but it can also be a bad EHA, fuel 
distributor, or a vacuum leak.  Check it all out and fix what's wrong.  

Usually it is just a dead 02 sensor, but make sure everything else is OK as 
well.
