OK I could have sworn the FSM had a picture with a dead blow hammer but
I can find the section now. What section is this covered in?

the TDM to install the trim, and installed it myself. That's why I don't recommend
people take it off. In my case, it had been removed so the car could be painted, and
putting the new trim on was a real PITA, not to mention an opportunity to mess up the new
paint job.

BTW the raingutter trim is not that hard and requires no
extra special
tools. Just a bit of wood (2x4) and a rubber mallet or dead
blow hammer.
