Have you used diesel Purge? How about an Italian tune up? I find with mine, when I have been driving it around town, I need to take it out on the highway and push it until temp gauge rises a bit. Since you reach full throttle pretty easily in a 240D, it's not too hard to do.

I've tried getting fuel from different stations and have used additive, no difference. I thought I had water in the fuel but it didn't change with the next fill up. Any ideas as to what it could be?
