Anderson power-pole connectors spring to mind.
They might have a locking version that would be better suited as well.

I don't think that is going to fit your purpose if you wish to be able to
remove the motor without taking all of
the cable back to the battery.

Let me suggest you stop by a welding supply shop. You should be able to buy
heavy cable there by the foot as well
as inline connectors that are used for extension of the welding cables. That
should give you a removable setup and
lots of current capacity.
