I got the power steering pump in and tightened the three bolts that hold its bracket to the block (since I knew where they were it was MUCH easier to do than it was trying to take them out).
I could not figure out a way to put the serpentine belt back on by myself, so I tied a small rope to the 6 mm end of a 6/8 mm box wrench and tied the rope to a broken splitting-maul handle, as shown in the pictures attached.
