OK. I have come to the reluctant conclusion that I need to downsize the car fleet. Six BMWs will be reduced/combined into 3, and the 1975 300D needs a new owner. C'est la vie. The 300D runs and drives now, but it will need some work, probably rings and valves. It has been a great performer for me for over 10 years, and I do love the car, but it is time to move on. Priced to win the Cheapest Jalopy Award at the next ChowdahQ. :) Contact me off list if you have any interest.
