And mine's the opposite. I'm not sure whether my low fuel warning lamp is active or not, will check it next time I start the car. I ran the tank down to an indicated "fumes" and only put 15 gallons in. No light. Got 30 mpg in a mix of short suburban and longer trips. My Audi would have gotten 18.
