Perfect heat as I drive around town but when I get on the highway it drops down to less than 40 degrees. As soon as i slow down it bounces back to normal. I checked the heater control valve and found no rips or tears in the seal or diaphragm. I replaced the water pump and thermostat with no change. When I unplug the heater control valve I get full heat all the time. Any ideas? Would a bad fan clutch have any bearing on this problem. Thanks, Mike
