Do I need to loosen anything on the oil supply line, or just be careful as I
lift the head?

We left the exhaust/turbo attached to the head when we pulled it, removed it
on the bench, re-assembled before mountung the head on the block. Seemed the
easiest way to me. Just watch the oil supply line as you lift the assembly -
easy to get it caught and bend it.
