It is a fairly new breaker, the problem is there is too much stuff on that circuit.
It runs the kitchen, lounge and computer room/office.
For instance, turn on the toaster and electric kettle at the same time and that will trip the breaker. We are onto a sparky mate but he is a slacker and has been promising for weeks to check it out/split the circuit.

Consider replacing that breaker (assuming it is a breaker, since you
said "tripping" not "blowing").  The things can actually get "tired"
with age and will trip at under the rated current.  We had a 15A breaker
that kept popping about once a week, I could not find any trouble with
anything on the circuit so I replaced the breaker, and never another
issue with it.
