Nothing special. Two bolts on the bottom, two nuts on top. They are gas filled, so don't cut the holding wire until you have the lower rubber bushing and steel washer in place and have it aimed a the hole in the fender, they are a pain to compress when new. Old ones, of course, have to be compressed to remove, but since they are worn, it won't be bad.

When installing, make sure the seating area for the bottom nuts is clean (else they tend to unscrew) and when installing the nuts on top (with new rubber, please!) tighten ONLY enough to start compressing the rubber. If you have two nuts, only a single thread should show above the second nut. If you have a locker nut, as is typical these days, only screw it down to the equivalent distance (that is, leave the amount of thread showing above the lower nut if there were two).

If you run them down until they are tight, the ride will be quite harsh -- the rubber is there to absorb noise and roughness.
