3M 8090 (or 9080, I can never remember). The regular "super trim
adhesive" won't handle the heat.
Don't use liquid nails -- the next time the pad falls apart (in five
or six years) you will be faced with a terrible mess trying to get
all that crap off again. The bottle of 3M will do two cars.
