I once rented a Ford Mustang at Los Angeles International (LAX) for business travel up to Santa Barbara. The low-beam cutoffs were adjusted dead level -- much too high for on-coming traffic. I'm not sure if that was Ford or Budget, but I have generally found Fords to be too high.
