Sounds like a great feast!

Yeah, I usually cook lobsters in beer or wine.  Clams too... start with a
stick of butter, brown some garlic, throw in a handful of parsley and
cilantro, then a bottle of white wine or 2-3 beers.  Then the clams and/or
lobsters.  Maybe some shrimp towards the end too.

I use a giant pot with one of those propane burners outside.  Much more
power than the kitchen stove to keep things bubbling.
