Hi, Larry. The second photo shows the corner of the "backing plate" across the back of the two upright tabs, and the tabs themselves look OK. The nasty hole in the sub-frame mounting area needs to be closed in with some metal and then under-sealed. TTFN Fred Moir Lynn MA Diesel preferred.
